November College Beat for Seniors
Parents and Seniors,
Here are some pointers to help with the college process:
- Submit college applications as early as possible, like, NOW!
- If essays are required for the application, wrap those up before Thanksgiving. Remember, the essay should be free of errors and reflect the student’s voice.
- Make sure you have taken the SAT or ACT, or sign up now for future exam dates.
- Visit free internet scholarship search sites, such as collegeboard.com, mappingyourfuture.org, Fastweb.com, collegetoolkit.com, or fastaid.com
- Please let me know where you want to send your transcript. Most colleges want a copy at semester and then a final one after graduation.
