Project Graduation
If just one life is saved…it’s all worthwhile.
PROJECT GRADUATION is a non-profit, parent run, organization whose primary goal is to provide an alcohol and drug free safe alternative to graduation night “party hopping”. On May 30, 2008, the Legacy Christian Academy Class of 2008 will be graduating. The celebration will be held the night of graduation in the high school gym, beginning at 11:30 pm and ending at 6:00 am the following morning.
The success of PROJECT GRADUATION is due mainly to the endorsements and tremendous backing from businesses, organizations, and friends like you, who continue to support this worthy event for our graduating seniors. It is our hope that you will join with us to support Legacy Christian Academy’s seniors with a contribution in the form of a monetary donation. This will help defray the cost of food, entertainment and gifts for our 35 seniors. We will gladly accept any items to be used for door prizes and give-a ways. Our goal is to make this celebration “the place to be” on May 30, 2008. By keeping our young men and women off the roads, we hope to prevent them from becoming accident statistics, and allow parents to rest easy knowing their son or daughter is celebrating in a supervised safe environment. Statistically, graduation is the most dangerous night of a senior’s year.
Your contribution will be recognized by an acknowledgement in the Beaumont Enterprise in June 2008. Contributions and donations are tax deductible under Legacy Christian Academy, a 501 (c) (3) not for profit organization, Tax ID # 37-1527090.
